WE ARE DEAD DARLING THEATRE

We are driven by a mission to champion bold, intersectional storytelling and build genuinely inclusive spaces for artists, especially women, LGBTQIA+ creators, and artists with disabilities. Rooted in accessibility and equity, our practice prioritises open casting and participation, deliberately engaging underrepresented voices and challenging traditional power dynamics in theatre-making.

Two young women sitting back to back on the floor in front of a plain gray background. The woman on the left has shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a white t-shirt under a denim vest, jeans, and green sneakers. The woman on the right has shoulder-length wavy red hair, wearing glasses, a black shirt layered with a houndstooth patterned vest, and a watch on her left wrist.
